Security, Risk and Compliance Specialist

Currently, for one of our clients – an American software company, one of the leading providers of intelligent automation and digital workflow transformation we are looking for Security,Risk and Compliance Specialist to join their team in Bulgaria (Sofia).
Among your responsibilities will be:
• Take part of different aspects of corporate compliance and risk management, including internal audit
• Ensure that the organization's security policies and procedures are implemented and well documented, and that compliance issues are identified and remediation plans formalized
• Provides point of contact for assigned audits which may include customer audits, statutory/regulatory audits
• Performs risk assessments, analysis and synthesis
• Ability to communicate identified control weaknesses and provided recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation
• Advises internal business clients on the effectiveness of corrective action plans
• Contributes to project requests from functional teams to help increase operational efficiency, strengthen IT environment, and help meet the company's internal and external regulatory or compliance requirements.
Our requirements are:
• Prior experience in taking part of internal and external risk assessments and compliance measures
• Familiar with risk and compliance tools for managing audit controls, evidence gathering and reporting
• Excellent client/interdepartmental relationship and customer service skills, with a clear client focus
• High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic with a team player attitude and a detailed- and solution-oriented mind
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
What would be considered an advantage but not mandatory:
• Any experience with CIS or ISO audit programs would be considered an asset
• Familiarity with core IT and Information Security Technologies
