Database and Application Support Specialist

Currently, for one of our clients – an American software company, one of the leading providers of intelligent automation and digital workflow transformation we are looking for Database and Application Support Specialist to join their international team of highly skilled developers, database and system administrators, product specialists and consultants.

Among your responsibilities will be:
 - Take ownership of our business customers’ issues and see problems through to resolution and provide enterprise level technical support via phone, web, and email and ticketing system
 - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues related to application use and configuration
- Effectively communicate complex technical issues to customers and departments within the corporation, such as product management, software engineering, sales, and quality assurance=
- Guide associate Technical Support Engineers when needed 
- Elevate customer issues to senior support engineers when needed
- Participate in regular support team meetings.
- Prepare test systems for replication of user issues

Required Skills:
-2+ years professional experience in enterprise level technical support 
-Professional experience with any of the backend languages – Java, .NET, Python
-Professional experience with database support (SQL or Oracle)
-Any experience with ERP Solutions and/or Financial Applications (ex. Oracle, SAP) and Application Servers (such as Web Logic, JBoss, etc)
-Resourceful team player with strong interpersonal skills
-Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
-Fluency in English
-Willingness to work on US shift (3pm-0am)
