Logistics assistant
For one of our trusted clients – leader in the logistics worldwide with over 130 years history, we are looking for a Logistics specialist to help their Speditors team (road transport) with the documental flow.
Responsibilities:
- Verification and processing of invoices and proof of delivery (CMR, internal bills of lading) from suppliers;
- Scanning and uploading the documents into the system;
- Checking suppliers in Supplier Management Tool;
- Tracks monthly performance on key KPIs and analyzes results;
- Assisting in documenting local processes and their specifications for local extensions with trainings;
- Day-to-day support for operations and management;
Requirements:
- University degree in Logistics, Economics or Business Administration;
- Computer literate – MS Office, Internet, software applications, etc.;
- English language – good written and spoken;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Positive, mature and professional attitude;
- Any experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
