Sales Manager (Pharma and Cosmetics industry)

For one of our trusted partners - a leading international chemical distribution company, we are looking to hire a Sales Manager (Pharma and Cosmetics industry):
Responsibilities:
- Expand and maintain the client network, focusing on the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, specifically for raw materials;
- Manage commercial negotiations and correspondence with customers and suppliers;
- Conduct frequent client meetings, product training sessions, and business trips domestically and internationally;
- Prepare commercial documentation, marketing analyses, plans, and reports.
Requirements:
- Education in chemistry, biology, or a related field in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals;
- 3 + years of experience in a similar role within a distribution or manufacturing company;
- Proficiency in English;
- Willingness to travel regularly for business, both nationally and internationally;
- Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
