Logistic Specialist

For one of our trusted clients-leader in the aircraft industry, we are now looking for ambitious and motivated professionals to work as Logistic Specialists.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments and acting as a logistical single point of contact
- Assigning shipments to designated carriers and ensuring pick up
- Monitoring shipment progress and informing all affected parties in the supply chain
- Accruing transportation costs, issuing invoices, and providing cost reports
- Supporting the implementation of new projects/processes
- Maintaining regular contact with all partners, ensuring up-to-date information in the global logistics network
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, Procurement OR relevant job experience
- Experience in road or air freight; in-depth knowledge of the international logistics market
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Computer literacy; good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills
- Courteous and adaptive to a multi-cultural environment
