Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with French plus English for a leading FMCG company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support services, ensuring data quality for distributors, and managing field sales systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the integration of distributors' and wholesalers' systems with internal systems.
• Manage user access and roles, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure data synchronization and maintain data quality for distributor and wholesaler information.
• Address and resolve technical queries from users; escalate to level II support when necessary.
• Generate incident reports, analyze data, and provide insights for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French as well as English.
• Experience in system troubleshooting or as a key user is essential.
• High level of motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
