Currently, for one of our trusted clients, we are looking for Maintenance Engineer to join them in Shumen.
Main purpose of the role: Plans, directs and controls the work of his subordinate mechanics, distributes tasks among them and ensures the efficient distribution of the load on machines and equipment. Contributes to the efficient running of the production process by keeping the equipment in working order - performs preventive activities to prevent accidents.
Responsibilities:
• Manages and coordinates the work of the mechanics in the enterprise and distributes the tasks among them according to the plan for repair and servicing of machines and equipment;
• Ensures the efficient operation and appropriate loading of machines and work equipment;
• Ensures correct management of the document flow regarding the technical support of the machines and equipment entrusted to him;
• Prepares, stores and operates constructive technical documentation;
• Trains, organizes and instructs the operational staff and external companies, regarding the instructions for the operation and maintenance of the machines;
• Instructs mechanics and operational personnel in techniques for ensuring safe working conditions and supervises their correct implementation;
• If it is impossible to solve a problem with own means, without the assistance of external specialists, takes the appropriate measures to provide them by preparing technical tasks to solve the problem;
• Controls external companies and suppliers regarding the performance of assigned tasks, their safe operation and compliance with good internal company practices;
• Monitors efficient and appropriate loading of machines and work equipment;
• Plans, ensures and controls the availability and consumption of spare parts in the area entrusted to him;
• Proposes ideas for equipment improvements and innovations;
• Participates in the technical team for the implementation of new products and equipment, together with colleagues from other departments and external companies;
Reqiurements:
• English.
• Read and understand technical documentation, schematics, drawings and other information for the equipment he works with.
• People and Process Management Skills, Precision, Execution, Problem Solving, Result Focus, Analytical Thinking, Communication, Self-Control
• Higher education. Preferably Higher technical education - Engineer
• 2 years of experience in the field
• MS Office, CAD programs
• English - level B2
• driver's license
