Are you ready to lead strategic sourcing on a global scale?

For one of your new clients, we are looking for an experienced Head of IT Procurement to drive strategic sourcing and vendor management across their global operations. This is a key leadership role where you’ll focus on optimizing procurement processes, managing critical outsourcing contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Your role will have a direct impact on shaping the future of IT procurement and sourcing on a global scale. You will lead critical initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and cost optimization while working with a dynamic, forward-thinking team. What You’ll Do:

• Lead IT Procurement Strategy: Oversee large-scale outsourcing contracts and drive cost-efficient sourcing initiatives while maintaining high quality and service standards.
• Optimize Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring contract compliance, performance monitoring, and effective governance.
• Mentor and Lead Teams: Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration across the organization.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: Align sourcing practices with global governance standards, support corporate sustainability goals, and ensure local regulatory compliance.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement and strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale outsourcing contracts.
• Experience in managing onshore/offshore outsourcing models.
• Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong expertise in vendor management, contract governance, and securing optimal terms with suppliers.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Fluency in English: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and reports to guide strategic decisions.
