Personal Assistant to the CEO
For one of our trusted clients – a large real estate investment company, we are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant.
Main responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and organize CEO agenda
- Keep record of incoming correspondence
- Manage and register contracts and financial documentation flow
- Arrange business travels and accommodation
- Act as point of contact between CEO and other company stakeholders
- Work with SAP and other corporate systems for business processes management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience on a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business administration
- Previous experience in an international company
- Knowledge and experience with corporate business systems
- Excellent MS Office literacy
- Fluency in English.
