Personal Assistant to the CEO


For one of our trusted clients – a large real estate investment company, we are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant.

Main responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and organize CEO agenda
  • Keep record of incoming correspondence
  • Manage and register contracts and financial documentation flow
  • Arrange business travels and accommodation
  • Act as point of contact between CEO and other company stakeholders
  • Work with SAP and other corporate systems for business processes management.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience on a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business administration
  • Previous experience in an international company
  • Knowledge and experience with corporate business systems
  • Excellent MS Office literacy
  • Fluency in English.
