Commercial Manager

Due to the further need of our trusted client manufacturing company, we are looking to hire Commercial Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and executing the sales strategy - building strong client relationships, and overseeing the Sales team in achieving business targets;
- You will focus on expanding market share and driving growth both domestically and internationally;
- Negotiate contracts, close significant deals, and ensure long-term partnerships through tailored solutions;
- Determine pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and our profitability objectives;
- Assemble, inspire, and lead the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration;
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and improve margins;
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business expansion and product innovation;
Key requirements:
- Higher education in the field of in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience in sales leadership, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector;
- Proven track record in selling aluminium/ metal details is highly desirable;
- Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive significant revenue growth;
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed targets;
- Fluency in English;
- Innovative and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex industrial markets.
