Junior Legal Analyst (Paralegal)

We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals who would like to join our team in the role of Junior Legal Analyst (Paralegal) and become part our Group Legal Team. The main role of the Junior Legal Analyst is to help the legal team with contract management, antitrust and corporate documentation.
Main responsibilities and support to our team will be needed in:
• Contract Management:
◦ Draft, review and revise various types of contracts, including NDAs, sales, procurement and intercompany agreements.
◦ Prepare contract summaries in support of approval decisions and manage system-based approval, allocation of contracts to responsible legal team members.
◦ Monitor and maintain the completeness and accuracy of contract-related data
◦ File and maintain contract records, set commitments, and create new contracts and contract amendments using existing Group Legal IT tools.
◦ Support the creation, harmonization and maintenance of contract templates, clauses, and playbooks.
• Antitrust:
◦ Contribute to competition law projects, including the development of templates, training and other materials.
◦ Oversee competition compliance processes, such as collating information for risk assessment exercises and internal audits.
◦ Assist with regulatory enquiries, information requests, and filings.
• Corporate Legal:
◦ Draft and review corporate documents (mainly EU and Switzerland)
◦ Prepare Powers of Attorney (PoAs) and manage signatures.
◦ Support M&A activities, including due diligence and risk assessments.
◦ Support to claims management and data preservation activities.
◦ Draft NDAs and maintain lists of authorized personnel .
Main requirements for the role:
• University degree in Law / Contract management
• 1 to 3 years experience in a law firm or in-house within an international company
• Mandatory experience in legal and/or commercial contract management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any additional language is considered as a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (the person will communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders, colleagues, and external parties)
• Strong analytical skills and result driven.
• Diligent work ethic, with excellent attention to detail and the self-discipline to complete tasks comprehensively.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated to work reliably and autonomously, but with a willingness to seek guidance and input when needed
• Enjoy working in a multicultural team and contribute to a diverse and international working environment.
