Revenue Controller

On behalf of our trusted client, an international company, we are looking for a Revenue Controller. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing revenue processes, including contract reviews, revenue recognition, and compliance with accounting standards, while maintaining strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring accurate reporting, managing accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and financial closings per US-GAAP/statutory rules.
  • Handling regulatory filings, ensuring tax compliance, and adhering to statutory revenue requirements.
  • Managing unbilled receivables, approving VAT-compliant adjustments, and supporting revenue recognition in contracts.
  • Maintaining financial controls, assisting in audits, and addressing discrepancies.
  • Working with finance and client teams on sales proposals, compliance training, and SAP system management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 3-5 years in finance operations, focusing on revenue accounting and recognition.
  • Fluent in English and German/ French or Italian at level B2
  • Proficient in US-GAAP, statutory regulations, SAP, HFM, OneStream.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage complex financial processes and extract insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and compliance focus
