Visual Designers - Web Design system (mid/senior level)

For one of our trusted partners – one of Europe’s largest software providers, we are looking for Visual Designers - Web Design system (mid/senior level) for a large internal project.
We offer both long and short-term option, to join their international team for a long term project.
The roles involve driving visual design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality across all user interfaces.
Among your responsibilities will be:
• Creating high-quality icons and illustrations by following the company’s design language.
• Ensure the applicability of your designs, working closely with technology and product teams within the company and exposing concepts and designs to customers and end users for feedback ; consistent and high-quality visual language of company’s design system across all platforms
• Proactively identify and address visual design inconsistencies.
• Support the visual design theme evolution of the company’s Web Design System Language
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the design system and identify opportunities for innovation.
We'd love to hear from if you:
• Have 4+ years of professional experience in visual design projects for enterprise software, ideally from within global environment
• Detailed and updated design portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions
• Proven experience and proficiency with tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite
• Possess proven track record in designing elements of a design language such as color, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing & layout and more
• Can demonstrate visually compelling, innovative, and effective designs specifically for large enterprise software applications
• Have experience in design projects from concept to high quality outcome to achieve visual design goals and experience in mentoring young talents
• Have a structured and independent working style with passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude
* A good understanding of design token architecture is a plus
