HR Specialist with French

On behalf of our trusted client, an international company, we are looking for an HR Specialist with French to manage key HR functions including documentation, work permits, and employee file maintenance.
Responsibilities:


  • Handle onboarding, contract modifications, and offboarding paperwork, ensuring proper approvals, secure storage, and encryption.
  • Manage work permit applications, renewals, and departures for French-speaking employees, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Abacus.
  • Prepare and oversee employment certificates, ensuring accuracy and required approvals.
  • Process HR email inquiries and ServiceNow tickets, assigning and resolving requests efficiently.
  • Ensure the legal and accurate upkeep of employee records.

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Abacus, etc.).
  • Knowledge of work permit processes (Swiss experience a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous HR operations experience is a plus.
