Adecco launched its activity in Bulgaria in the year 2005, at a time of societal transitions, which was trying to redefine the concept of „staff”. Since then, we have been contributing in that respect by means of our international expertise, which has facilitated the evolution of the term „workforce” to „staff”.

We work daily with a pool of “best in class” talents in our country including professionals from all industries with various levels of expertise. On a yearly basis, we place about 850 talented candidates in permanent job positions that suit their professional profile and career aspirations, we connect more than 800 people with flexible work opportunities through temporary staffing.
We conduct on average 200 interviews daily and more than 2,600 people work as Adecco Associates in our client-companies.
